• How long does it take to get my jewelry?
  Our delivery methods and prices for Bulgaria:
  
  Deliveries to Bulgaria are made via Econt Express www.econt.com to the address of your choice or to the office of the courier company in the respective location. Delivery time is 1-2 working days. All orders of available jewelry, made before 14:00 o'clock on working days we process and send the same day to be with you the next working day! For orders over 600 BGN/306.77€ the delivery is FREE for you if it is to an ECONT office.
• How can I place an order online?

  Select your chosen jewellery, add it to your basket, confirm your basket
  Log in and choose a shipping address.
  Choose your desired payment method and confirm it.
  After completing your purchase, you will be transferred to the order confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also be sent an order confirmation email and you will be able to track your order in your customer area.
• Can I cancel or edit my order once the order has been placed?
  You have the right to cancel the contract and return the ordered diamond and/or gemstone jewellery, but only at the time of delivery. You should request your cancellation the same day to the courier and at sales@astogold.bg. All other jewellery can be returned after requesting your withdrawal in writing within 60 days of delivery. The cost of returning the jewellery is at your own expense. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of jewellery made to individual order or altered according to your individual requirements (size, length, finish, etc.).
• Can I cancel or change my order after validation?
  It is possible to cancel or change an order after it has been validated (at the time the Customer Contact Centre opens):
  
  Before 11:30 am for orders placed on the same day.

Warranty and conditions

• Warranty 2 years
  All jewellery purchased through the online store comes with a two-year warranty period under the Consumer Protection Act. In the event that within this period you find that your jewellery is not in conformity with the contract of sale, you may make a claim in writing to sales@astogold.bg It is important that you state the type of defect accurately and clearly and that you send us the item so that we can examine and satisfy your claim within a reasonable time. Complaints can also be made on the spot in our physical stores, at the address: 99 Hristo Botev Boulevard, Plovdiv or 40 Raiko Daskalov Street, Asto Gold store.
• Unlimited care for your jewellery
  Dear customers, we offer you lifetime care of jewelry purchased from our online store astogold.bg. In the hectic everyday life we forget to keep the jewelry that complements our look and as a consequence it needs refreshing,and we are here and will gladly clean your valuables to make them shine again on you. We know that nothing lasts forever... But if something is maintained well, it can last long enough... Don't hesitate to call us when you need a consultation related to the care of your jewelry. Cleaning of jewelry purchased from us is FREE.

Withdrawal

• Order cancellation
  You have the right to cancel the contract and return the ordered diamond and/or gemstone jewellery, but only at the time of delivery. You should request your cancellation the same day to the courier and at sales@astogold.bg. All other jewellery can be returned after requesting your withdrawal in writing within 60 days of delivery. The cost of returning the jewellery is at your own expense. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of jewellery made to individual order or altered according to your individual requirements (size, length, finish, etc.).
  
  In the event that a refund is required for services contracted and performed by us, this will be made by us via a credit transaction on the card used to make the payment.
  You may only exercise your right to withdraw from the contract and claim a refund of the amount you have paid if the jewellery is in a commercially suitable condition ("indistinguishable from new, without signs of use"), its original packaging has not been disturbed, the labels with which it was sent by the supplier have not been removed and its complete packaging (receipt, including a certificate of quality and/or authenticity) is present. Once we have received the jewellery back and we have established that these conditions have been met, we will refund the amount paid no later than 30 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal. For this purpose, be sure to indicate a bank account in your cancellation notice.

  Once the quote is approved, a 30% deposit is paid, then we begin creating your unique gold wedding bands.
