DELIVERY

1. Transport costs for delivery are for the customers' account, and the price of delivery is indicated separately from the price of the ordered jewelry when finalizing the order.

1.1. The supplier explicitly indicates in the electronic store the exceptions in which the delivery of orders above a certain value is at his expense.

1.2. Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are carried out with Ekont to the address indicated by the users or to the courier's office. Delivery time is within 1 to 2 days after order confirmation.

1.3. Deliveries outside the territory of Bulgaria are carried out with DHL. Delivery times and prices depend on the destination of the order and are usually up to 3 working days. Deliveries outside the territory of Bulgaria are made only to countries where there are no restrictions on the import of precious metals and precious stones and products with them. All fees and expenses incurred when importing jewelry to countries outside the European Union, beyond the value of the order announced by the supplier, are at the user's expense.

1.4. The supplier is not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs control during the importation or detention of the goods by the customs authorities. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guaranteed or represented delivery times may be extended due to delays by courier companies or force majeure for which the supplier is not responsible. Delivery times may also be extended due to customers providing an incorrect or incomplete address.

1.5. In the event that the delivery address specified by the customer is inaccurate, incomplete or wrong and/or when the customer is not found by the courier or does not cooperate in handing over the ordered jewelry, they are immediately returned to the supplier. He is released from his obligation to deliver, in the event that within five working days the customer does not inform him that he wishes to receive the order. In this case, if its value has been paid in advance, the supplier undertakes to return the amount paid to the customer, minus the cost of delivery, within 10 working days. The rule under the previous article does not apply to wedding rings and all jewelry that is made according to a special individual request of the client. If it is impossible to deliver them due to his fault - an incorrect, incomplete or wrong address is specified, he owes the supplier their value, regardless of the chosen payment method.

1.6. When the customer confirms his desire to receive the ordered jewelry after it was not found at the address indicated by him, all delivery costs are at his expense.

1.7. In the event of a broken integrity or damage to any of the jewelry as a result of their transportation, the customer should notify the supplier about this at the time of delivery and ask the courier to draw up a report on the damage. Otherwise, the jewelry will be considered received and received in accordance with the sales contract.
